The
ideal candidate will work with dietician in developing, implementing, and
reviewing nutrition care plans, assists in assessing residents’
nutritional status and document in medical records, monitors food quality
and acceptance, assists in developing methods for determining quality and
quantity of food served, procuring and receiving supplies and equipment,
instructs dietary staff on food sanitation, assists dietician in
counseling clients and families on special diets, assists with supervision
of dietary aides, designing new menus and standardizes recipes and
enforcing safety standards.

MSW or BSW with experience
preferred.
Clinical Social Worker for an inpatient adult population with traumatic
brain injury, spinal cord injury, ventilator dependency and complex
medical conditions. Our prime candidate will possess good clinical skills,
demonstrate the ability to effectively deal with day to day concerns as
well as crisis situations.
The candidate for this position has varied responsibilities including
facilitating the clinical treatment team, assessment, developing effective
treatment plans, individual counseling, group work, family contact and
discharge planning.
This position requires a strong social worker who can multi-task.
Effective documentation, assessment, advocacy and creativity are required.

Full
Time. Job functions include: Reviews menus prior to preparation of
food. Inspect special diet trays to assure that the correct diet is served
to the resident. Perform administrative requirements such as completing
necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit to the Director of Food
Services. Coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary.
Works with the facility’s dietician as necessary and implement
recommended changes as required. Ensure that all dietary procedures are
followed in accordance with established policies. Assist in standardizing
the methods in which work will be accomplished. Assume the authority,
responsibility and accountability of Cook. Ensure that menus are
maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and
procedures. Assist in establishing food service production line, etc. to
assure that meals are prepared on time. Process diet changes and new diets
as received from Nursing Services. Others as deemed necessary and
appropriate, or as may be directed.

Knowledgeable,
experienced maintenance specialist.
Full-time day position with on call rotation. Candidate must possess
knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment and all phases
