Paul decided to transfer to the Northeast Center for Special Care when he saw the art studio on his first visit to the Center in 1999. This was the beginning of his saga with our program where he subsequently adopted the art studio as his battle ground to combat cerebral palsy. Concentrating on art for as much as twenty-hours a
week, Paul developed an abstract idiom of expression
characterized by superbly-handled transparent washes. He
sold several paintings and was included in all of our
exhibitions.
